Served this for NYD breaky today - it went down a treat! Followed recipe exactly except used 1 litre of apple juice after seeing previous comment, didn't add cinnamon sugar, and didn't worry about apple. Served it with lots of chopped fresh fruit and everyone loved it!

This is extremely delicious. Maybe it's not for dieters... but the flavour is fantastic. So if you don't think it's for the every day... think of it for a leisurely weekend or if you're hosting a bruch... your guests will compliment you.

I was disappointed with this recipe - I've found others that are much healthier (no cream or sugar) and pack a fantastic taste. I was hoping that this recipe might be a decadent treat - but that intense wonderful bircher taste was missing and the result was quite dry - the ratios of oats to liquid aren't quite right, and I don't think the cream or sugar does much for the taste and too much for your waistline.

Best Ever!! I never do the pan-fried apples, just cut them up fine and add fresh.

This was very yummy - ommitted the cream, but to make it easier, I mixed all the other ingredients, (including the grated apple) except the almonds and fresh fruit together the night before in a separate bowl to the oats, and it was quick to mix together in the morning! Will try with the cream for an indulgent weekend breakfast.

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S This is a must for bircher muesli lovers - best ever - as good as something you would find in a restaurant. Added figs, almonds & extra sultanas.

I loved this recipe, but I made some changes: Skipped the cream, honey and sugar Added chopped orange and grated apple before serving and drizzled with honey. Much healthier and delicious!

Probably not something you would have time to make for breakfast everyday, but it is something a little bit special for a relaxed weekend breaky.
